If you won’t be able to see your physician before your scheduled breast CT scan, please reschedule your appointment with us right away.
We can help you adjust your date so everything is in place for your exam.
If We Don’t Receive Your Physician Order
If a completed physician order is not received before your exam:
- Our Care Team will contact you
- We’ll help you reschedule your appointment
- Your exam will be postponed until your provider’s order is received

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To ensure clarity, please review the following billing and cancellation details related to your Breast CT appointment:
A $20 reservation fee is charged at booking to hold your appointment. If you arrive for your exam, the remaining $369 will be charged on the day of your appointment for a total exam cost of $389 at our promotional rate.
- Rescheduling or canceling 72 to 24 hours before your appointment:
The $20 reservation fee will be fully refunded or transferred to your new appointment date.
- Rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours of your appointment or missed appointments:
For patients needing to reschedule, the $20 reservation fee can be transferred to your new appointment date.
Patients who cancel late or miss their appointment will be charged a 50% no-show fee ($184.50).
