Important Information About Your Appointment Timeline

If Your Karis Healthcare Appointment Is After Your Breast CT Scan Date: 

Please reschedule your Gnosis for Her imaging appointment.
Your scan must take place after your medical exam is completed and approved.

We’re happy to help you adjust your date so everything is in place.

If We Do Not Receive the Physician Order

Karis Healthcare will send us your order once your medical exam is complete.
However, if your exam has not been completed or if the order does not arrive in time:

• Our Care Team will reach out to you

• Your imaging appointment will be rescheduled

• Your scan will be postponed until the required order is received

If Karis Healthcare Determines You Do Not Qualify for a Breast CT

If the Karis Healthcare provider determines that a Breast CT is not clinically appropriate based on your medical exam:

• We will provide a full refund for your Gnosis for Her imaging exam

• Your medical exam with Karis Healthcare is non-refundable, as their evaluation has already been completed

We understand this may be disappointing, and our Care Team is here to support you with next steps or alternative recommendations.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change.
To keep appointments available for others in our community, please review the following:

• Rescheduling or canceling 72+ hours before your appointment: Eligible for a 100% refund or reschedule at no cost.

• Rescheduling or canceling 48 hours before your appointment: Eligible for a 50% refund or reschedule at no cost.
• Rescheduling or canceling 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows: Full payment is required, and no refund can be issued.
